Press Operators-2nd Shift

Press Operators are responsible for operating and tending injection molding machines, perform assembly, visual quality inspection, packaging, labeling, and moving of product.
Key Tasks:
·Tend to assigned plastic injection molding machine(s).
·Inspect, trim, clean and package products to customers' specifications.
·Maintain safe and clean work environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
·Read and comply with work instructions, set up sheets, and checklists.
·Knowledge of 5S and Lean Manufacturing concepts.
Minimum Requirements, Skills, and Experience:
·Experience with Injection Molding
·Ability to Work Independently
·Attention to Detail
·Dexterity and hand and eye coordination
·Strong problem-solving skills
·Ability to prioritize work and manage multiple tasks
·Ability to take direction from Supervisors/Manager
·Ability to cross train in other areas of Production when requred
·Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
·High School Diploma or Equivalent

Shipping/Receiving Clerk

The Shipping/Receiving Clerk will perform all Warehouse procedures for raw and finished product to meet requirements for 2nd Operations orders and Shipping orders in a timely manner and accurately maintain inventory records.
Key Tasks:
·Maintain accurate inventory records on logs and in computer.
·Pull orders for 2nd Operations with a forklift or pallet jack as needed.
·Put away product received.
·Coordinate efforts with other departments.
·Operate forklift, electric pallet jack, or hand jack frequently.
Minimum Requirements, Skills, and Experience:
·Attention to Detail.
·Must have great interpersonal skills.
·Dexterity and hand and eye coordination.
·Strong problem-solving skills.
·Must have an aptitude for basic math.
·Ability to read and understand English.
·Computer literacy preferred.
·Ability to prioritize work and manage multiple tasks.
·Ability to take direction from Supervisors/Manager.
·Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
·Must be able to sit, walk or stand for eight hours.
·High School Diploma or Equivalent.
·Previous Shipping/Receiving Experience Preferred.

Team Lead Assembler

The Lead Assembler will ensure that assemblers perform their tasks to produce quality parts in an efficient and safe manner. They will report directly to the Lead Coordinator.
Key Tasks:
·Coordinate and advise Assemblers in the performance of their duties.
·Assist with morning start-ups for all assemblers.
·Conduct Inventory counts and label packaging.
·Monitor all assigned assembly lines for efficient production of quality parts twice each hour.
·Monitor all assigned assembly bids for each hour.
·Complete inventory documentation throughout the assembly task.
·Maintain safe and clean work environment by complying with procedures, rules and regulations.
·Read and comply with work instructions, set up sheets, and checklists.
·Knowledge of 5S and Lean Manufacturing concepts.
·Attend Weekly Lead Assembler meetings.
Minimum Requirements, Skills, and Experience:
·Experience with Line Assembly.
·Attention to Data.
·Must have great interpersonal skills.
·Dexterity and hand and eye coordination.
·Strong problem-solving skills.
·Ability to prioritize work and manage multiple tasks.
·Ability to take direction from Supervisors/Manager.
·Must be able to operate an electric pallet jack or hand jack occasionally.
·Must be able to sit, walk or stand, for eight hours.
·Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
·High School Diploma or Equivalent.
·Previous Team Lead Experience (Preferred).
